Harry Clarke was an Irish representative of the Arts & Crafts movement in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. His illustration for Edgar Allan Poe’s ‘Landor’s Cottage’ in Tales of Mystery and Imagination (1923) brings to life the author’s final piece of prose, in which he describes in detail the landscape encountered during a walk in the mountains.

Part of a series of exciting and luxurious Flame Tree Notebooks. Combining high-quality production with magnificent fine art, the covers are printed on foil in five colors, embossed then foil stamped. And they're powerfully practical: a pocket at the back for receipts and scraps, two bookmarks and a solid magnetic side flap. These are perfect for personal use and make a dazzling gift.
